If an order does not arrive as expected, please notify us. Upon receiving this information, we will promptly initiate inquiries with the courier to expedite the delivery process. Please note that Teal Rose Jewellery will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

How to return items
If you wish to return an item, please email enquiries@tealrose.shop with "Returns" in the subject line, detailing the reason for the return (see acceptable reasons below). Upon receiving the returned goods, we will assess them and notify you of the outcome via email within 2 weeks.
To facilitate a seamless return process, we will collaborate with our shipping partners to provide you with a returns label and arrangements for most locations. In some cases, we may ask you to arrange prepaid delivery for the return. We highly recommend insuring returned items during transit. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund or reimburse shipping costs. In both instances, we will provide detailed instructions for your return process via email.
Acceptable reasons for returns
